Cheryl was born in Phoenix, Arizona and attended schools in San Joaquin Valley of California.  After High School graduation she attended Chaffey Commercial Art College and UCLA in California.  Cheryl attained the position of Vice President of Franklin Financial Corporation in Beverly Hills, Ca.  Cheryl has been in Real Estate Sales and has been a Broker since 1978 and also a Granduate of Realtor Institution (GRI).  As Owner/Broker of  several Real Estate Companies locally since 1984, Cheryl has been a Trainer of many top Real Estate Sales Agents in the Prescott Area and now is currently an Associate Broker with Prudential Northern Arizona Real Estate. 

Cheryl's background in accounting and art is a combination that is very complimentary to the business of real estate.  Contract detail requires conistent follow up in which she excels.  Her creative abilities in writing and layout, color and expression are utilized in preparation of ads, brochures and property presentation.  Cheryl has been relied upon in many companies to supervise agents and to organize and implement policies and procedures. 

Neil was born in Jamestown, North Dakota, attended schools in North Dakota, Minnesota, Montana and after graduating from High School, served our country in the U.S. Air Force.  Neil graduated Chaffey College, Ontario and worked as an Electronic Engineer for  major Aerospace Companies in California.  He's been a Real Estate Broker since 1977, a Graduate of Realtor Institution  (GRI) and held a Mortgage Broker License in both Arizona and California.  Neil was Owner/Broker of  several Real Estate Companies from 1979 to 2007 and is currently Broker Associate with Prudential Northern Arizona Real Estate along with his wife of 39 years. 

Neil's background as an Electronic Engineer for many major Aerospace Companies makes him proficient at analyzing in detail, proposing marketing strategies, and understanding and communicating technical concepts.  His financial background enables him to be creative in the lending side of real estate sales.  Neil has perfected his skills in sales and demonstrates honesty and integrity in all aspects of his life, and is currently active in Church and Community.
